Richard Johns is a commercial agent with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, providing brokerage services with an emphasis in investment and multifamily properties throughout the Los Angeles area.

Mr. Johns holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a concentration in Business Economics.

Prior to his service at Ramsey-Shilling, Rich served as principle of one of Southern California’s largest building service companies. Rich founded the company in 1989 and was responsible for creating and developing all operational systems including overall management, marketing and client fulfillment. The company proudly serves many of Southern California’s most prominent apartment communities and has grown into one of the multifamily apartment industry’s most respected service companies.

Rich is a candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The CCIM education program is the most comprehensive educational resource in the commercial real estate industry. Rich is also a member of the Western Regional Master Builders Association and holds a license with the State Contractors License Board.

Rich resides in Studio City with his wife, Elaine, and their two daughters.
