John
Tronson is a commercial agent with a principal interest in Ramsey-Shilling
Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and works in their Entertainment
Division where he specializes in serving feature film, television
and commercial production companies. Mr. Tronson joined Ramsey-Shilling
in January of 1993 and his activities include sales, leasing and
property management.
Mr.
Tronson has recently represented the El Capitan office Building
in overseeing the 100% lease up of this two-time BOMA Building of
the Year, and AIDS Project Los Angeles in the Former ABC Studios
Facility at 1313 Vine Street, and currently lists more than 100,000
square feet of commercial space on Hollywood Boulevard alone.
Mr.
Tronson graduated from California State University Northridge in
1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science. During
his four years at CSUN he earned three varsity letters in men s
soccer, and All-American Honors in 1986. He was also a member of
the team representing CSUN at the National Collegiate Water Ski
Championships.
He
is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Hollywood Chamber
of Commerce, where he recently chaired their Economic Development
and Membership Committees. He also holds a seat on the Board of
Directors of the Hollywood Chamber Foundation as well. These positions
allow Mr. Tronson an evolving insight as to the direction of growth,
economic incentives and market activities of Hollywood s commercial
business community. Owning two buildings within its boundaries,
Mr. Tronson also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hollywood
Entertainment District, a property owner s based Business
Improvement District on and around Hollywood Boulevard.
Additionally,
Mr. Tronson is a member of the Urban Land Institute and an associate
member of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers.
Mr.
Tronson currently resides in Woodland Hills with his wife, Pam,
and their two daughters, Emily (6) and Avery (4).
