David arrived in Los Angeles in 1993
and began his career as an agent trainee at theWilliam Morris Agency.
He then worked with several prominent artist managementfirms providing
services for top music acts.
After earning his California Real Estate
License in 1999, David joined the real estate department of 20th
Century Fox Studios where he worked with the Vice President of Real
Estate acquiring and leasing office space for the studio. Following
his tenure at 20th Century Fox, David worked in business development
for Homestore.com, the largest real estate site on the Internet.
In 2004 David elected to leverage his
skill set and industry contacts by focusing on investment brokerage,
and joined the Investment Division of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial
Real Estate Services.
David received his Bachelors Degree
in Finance from George Washington University and is a CCIM candidate.
