Mr. Baer specializes in the delivery of Comprehensive Real Estate Consulting and Transactional Services for U.S., foreign corporations, governmental agencies, non-profit agencies, and institutional investment companies. Chris has in excess of twenty one (21) years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience.

Mr. Baer brings a personal commitment, in-depth market knowledge , and broad analytical skills to every assignment. He has specialized in strategic real estate planning, project marketing, major property dispositions, investments sales, and corporate relocations. Chris has extensive backgrounds in the development process having worked in the project planning, assemblage and marketing capacity for major commercial real estate developers. A consistent top salesperson, Mr. Baer is married with one daughter. He resides in Shadow Hills, California.
