Andrew Berk, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, has been practicing real estate for over 7 years. A graduate from the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology, Mr. Berk takes great interest in the well-being of the Tenants and their ideal businesses location. A strong connection to the community and its citizens, with an insistency on giving back, helps keep Mr. Berk well rooted from where he makes a living. He is an active participant with the Jaycees, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, and Habitat for Humanity. Andrew, who focuses on the communities from Pasadena to the East San Fernando Valley, lives with his wife and 9 year-old son in South Pasadena, California.
