Tony Kim is a Vice President with Ramsey-Shilling
Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. He is real estate broker specializing
in commercial property sales, leasing and consulting on behalf of
Landlords, Developers, Investors, Tenants, and is involved in office,
industrial and retail properties. Los Angeles County areas of coverage
include the Hollywood, Silver Lake / Echo Park, San Gabriel / San
Fernando Valley submarkets and greater Southern California dependent
upon his clients requirement. Due to his extensive appraisal, valuation
and consulting background, he is able to cover a wide geographic
area and spectrum of property types.
He has successfully represented clients
in the lease up of the world famous Bradbury Building and the Million
Dollar Theatre which was the Original Grauman’s Chinese Theatre
prior to its permanent relocation to Hollywood as an international
landmark, both are Downtown Los Angeles historic buildings.
Mr. Kim graduated from the University
of Southern California in 1993, and received an Undergraduate Bachelor
of Science Degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He currently
holds a Real Estate Brokers License, previously held a State Certified
General Real Estate Appraisers License, the highest level of licensing
in California, and is a past General Associate Member of the Appraisal
Institute (MAI). He is a current member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI)..
In 1996, Mr. Kim joined the regional
commercial real estate appraisal firm of Curtis-Rosenthal, LLC and
was involved with the valuation of major commercial, industrial
and vacant land, including proposed and existing projects throughout
Southern California. Clients included notable pension funds, life
insurance companies, governmental agencies, mortgage brokers, and
financial institutions.
Mr. Kim has also worked for CBRE (CB
Richard Ellis), an international commercial real estate brokerage
firm as a retail marketing specialist, and in 1998, joined Ramsey-Shilling.
Clients consist of national real estate investment trusts, regional
and local corporate clients.
Notable clients include Sprint PCS, Boy
Scouts, Subway, Yellin Company, Rexford Industrial and Decron Properties.
