Michael W. Nessen, a veteran of over 20 years of corporate management with a focus on information technology activities for growing companies, joined Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., in 1998 as Chief Executive Officer, and was appointed President of the firm in January 2000.

Prior to joining Ramsey-Shilling Co. Michael served as general manager of the Hutchinson and Bloodgood Consulting Group of Glendale, California. H&B is a regional public accounting firm where Mr. Nessen had overall responsibility for the management and information technology consulting practice.

Prior to his service at H&B, Mr. Nessen formed and operated his own company in Glendale, California specializing in computer services, including consulting management in the effective use of information technology in their businesses.

Michael is responsible for the overall management, accounting, information technology, sales management and recruiting for the firm.

Mr. Nessen is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He resides in Glendale with his wife and their son.
