Michael Donatelli, a life-long resident of Burbank, originally developed an interest in real estate through the management of his family s real estate holdings. Michael participated in the purchase, sale, development and management of several properties on behalf of his family. Prior to joining Ramsey-Shilling in 1997, Michael completed the General Motors ASEP Program, a regionally sponsored corporate education program that teaches the latest technology in the automotive industry. Michael currently remains active in the automotive after-market industry.

Mr. Donatelli s brokerage practice is focused on the leasing and sale of commercial property to users in the high-tech and entertainment industries in the San Fernando Valley, focusing primarily on the Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena markets. Within the last year Michael represented both buyers and sellers resulting in over $5 million in sales and participated in over $3 million in leased transactions throughout the Tri-City market.

Michael is an active member of the Transportation Redevelopment Committee for the Burbank Chamber of Commerce, the South San Fernando Road Redevelopment Task Force, the American Industrial Real Estate Association and the Specialty Equipment Marketing Association (SEMA).
