Ms. Luedy is a senior associate of the Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. brokerage team. With a background in both senior housing and multi-family housing, she brings 19 years of real estate experience to her clients.

Ms. Luedy graduated from Heidelberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in economics. In 1992 she earned the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She continues to be active in the organization by serving as a national management plan grader for its CPM candidates.

Since joining Ramsey-Shilling in 1998 at the request of founding partner Mr. Paul Ramsey. Ms. Luedy has listed and sold both raw land and in-fill locations for senior community development and has listed, sold, and leased existing senior and long-term care facilities. In addition, she has obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation; been certified for insurance licensure; and become a registered representative with SunAmerica Securities enabling her to provide additional retirement planning services. She is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California.

Prior to joining Ramsey-Shilling, Ms. Luedy was Vice President, Assistant General Manager of R&B Realty, a national and international corporate housing and multi-family company based in Los Angeles, California. There, she was responsible for the management and operations of the company’s Oakwood brand apartments and conventional communities. She had oversight of more than 70 properties in 16 states with 35,000 apartment units with combined revenues in excess of $400 million dollars.

In 1990, Ms. Luedy became a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In 1993 she joined the Executive Council and was elected to Chair the Accredited Residential Management Committee (ARM) for the Los Angeles chapter. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Los Angeles Chapter as Co-Vice President, Communications, after serving in 2000 on the Speaker’s National Convention Committee.

Ms. Luedy has held numerous memberships in senior and multi-family organizations and actively participates in the California Association of Health Facilities (CAHF), Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) and National Multi-Family Association (NMFA) regional and national conferences. She is an active member of the Los Angeles Metro Multi-Disciplinary Team, an organization that presents case studies of elder abuse to expert teams that recommend remedial actions.

Aside from her real estate interests, Ms. Luedy is an accomplished portrait artist and textbook illustrator.
