Christopher Bonbright is Chief Executive Officer of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and a principal of the firm. His activities include a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting practice, as well as overall management of the firm’s activities.

Mr. Bonbright graduated with honors and distinction from Stanford University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. During his four years at Stanford he demonstrated his commitment to real estate by founding the Real Estate Association at Stanford, completing an honors thesis entitled, The Future of Income Property Development Finance, and by designing and teaching an accredited course on real estate for which he received the unusual honor of a short term appointment to the University faculty.

In 1982, Mr. Bonbright joined the national real estate investment firm, The Shidler Group. During his tenure with the firm he participated in the acquisition, finance and leasing of over one million square feet of commercial and industrial property in several major markets including Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, San Francisco and Honolulu.

In 1985, Mr. Bonbright joined the brokerage firm of Grubb & Ellis where he developed a successful commercial practice. In 1990, Mr. Bonbright joined Ramsey-Shilling as Managing Director and Principal of the firm.

Mr. Bonbright maintains numerous community affiliations and serves as an officer, director or member of numerous influential real estate, civic and business organizations. In February of 2000 Mr. Bonbright was appointed to the Beverly Hills Architectural Commission for a term expiring in 2006. He also serves on the Beverly Hills General Plan Topic Committee and is an alumnus of the prestigious City of Beverly Hills leadership program, Team Beverly Hills. Mr. Bonbright currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Hollywood Entertainment District Business Improvement District (BID) and serves as a Board Member of the Sunset Strip Business Improvement District.

Continuously since 1985, Mr. Bonbright has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of The West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and from 1997-1999 served as a member of the City Council appointed West Hollywood Business License Commission. Mr. Bonbright recently completed a five year term as the President of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Youth Network (LAYN). The LAYN is a non-profit organization which provides shelter and counseling services to homeless and runaway youth in Hollywood. Mr. Bonbright is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute and is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors. He is also a member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Bonbright is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. He resides in Beverly Hills with his wife and two daughters.
