Steven Tronson is a Vice President with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and an active agent in their entertainment, retail and office divisions. Geographically focused in Hollywood and West Hollywood, Mr. Tronson s activities with Ramsey-Shilling include the sale and leasing of office and retail space with a particular emphasis on Walk of Fame  properties.

Mr. Tronson earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge in 1990. During his years at Northridge he was a member of the NCAA men s Soccer team and President of the Water Ski team, which he captained at the 1988 National Collegiate Water Ski Championships.

Following ten years in the hospitality industry at the prestigious Hotel Bel-Air, Mr. Tronson joined Ramsey-Shilling in early 1997. Mr. Tronson is an active member of the Economic Development Committee within the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and is an associate member of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP). Mr. Tronson currently represents over 150,000 square feet of office and retail space on Hollywood Boulevard.

Steve resides with his wife and their two children in West Hills, California.
