Glenn Melnick is a Vice President with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc.  He specializes in the lease and sale of commercial office, retail and industrial properties in the Tri-Cities, Hollywood and West Hollywood areas.  He is currently involved with Landlord and Tenant representations.  His client list consists of regional developers, corporate clients, local real estate investment trusts and investors.  Some of his clients include J. H. Snyder Company, Syndicated Real Estate Investments and The DePietro Corporation.

Prior to joining Ramsey-Shilling in 2000, Glenn managed the electrical development, design and engineering of several high profile projects in the construction industry and is a member of  the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) in Los Angeles for 30 years.

Glenn attended the University of Pittsburgh, and UCLA with an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate.  This education at UCLA enhanced his ability to provide detailed investment and analysis on commercial properties for future investment purposes.

Glenn is an active member of the Glendale, Hollywood, and West Hollywood Chambers of Commerce, member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and the Glendale Humane Society.  Glenn resides in Glendale and enjoys, traveling, cooking and buying and renovating homes.
