Thor Lee, a native of Southern California and senior sales associate, began his career with Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate in 2001.  Thor focuses on the Hollywood and eastern Hollywood markets and is active in the sale and leasing of office, retail and production properties.  He works extensively with owners of commercial real estate as well as prospective tenants in the Hollywood and eastern Hollywood markets.

In the eight years Thor has been working in the Hollywood area with Ramsey-Shilling, he has become one of the most active and knowledgeable agents in this ever evolving marketplace.  His community commitment is evidenced by involvement in local groups such as Hollywood Police Activity League, Media BID and Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council.  Mr. Lee graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Health Sciences.  At CSUN (1984-87) he captained the Men’s Soccer Team to the National Championship Finals in 1987 and was a two time All-American selection.

Following his very successful college soccer career, Mr. Lee spent the next eleven years playing professional soccer for the Los Angeles Lazers (Major Indoor Soccer League), the Los Angeles Salsa (National Professional Soccer League) and D.C. United (Major League Soccer) among others.  Thor continues his passion for soccer by spending considerable time coaching competitive youth soccer in the San Fernando Valley.

In addition to his busy professional life, Mr. Lee has made time to give back to the community with his involvement in:

• Media Business Improvement District, Board Member 2007-Present
• Police Activity League Board, 2007-Present
