David Landau arrived in Los Angeles in 1993 and began his career as an agent trainee at the William Morris Agency.  He then worked with several prominent artist management firms providing services for top music acts. 

After earning  his California Real Estate License in 1999, Mr. Landau  joined the real estate department of 20th Century Fox Studios where he worked with the Vice President of Real Estate acquiring and leasing office space for the studio.  Following his tenure at 20th Century Fox, Mr. Landau worked in business development for Homestore.com, the largest real estate site on the Internet.

In 2004 Mr. Landau elected to leverage his skill set and industry contacts by focusing on investment brokerage, and joined the Investment Division of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services.  Since joining Ramsey-Shilling, Mr. Landau has been involved in sale and lease transactions for office and retail properties totaling more than $300 million in consideration.

Mr. Landau received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from George Washington University.

Mr. Landau currently reside in Valley Village.
