President

Mark Evanoff, a native of Southern California, is a Principal and President of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Since joining Ramsey-Shilling in 1985, Mark has successfully developed his commercial practice while specializing in the exclusive representation of both landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of commercial property in the Tri-City marketplace and throughout the 210 corridor.

Mr. Evanoff has represented Developers and Tenants such as, Nickelodeon Animation Studios for their headquarters in Burbank, and Earthlink Network from their earliest stages to the leasing of over 230,000 square feet of office space in Pasadena.

Mr. Evanoff’s specialty is guiding tenants in their initial space needs and projecting and protecting their future growth requirements. His duties include the overseeing of all aspects of such growth, including the supervision of the architecture and tenant improvement processes.

In addition to his buys professional life, Mr. Evanoff is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clarita YMCA and is actively involved in the Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank Chambers of Commerce.

Mr. Evanoff currently resides in Valencia with his wife and two daughters.
