Mr. Buckley is a Partner of Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. where his activities include investment sales, leasing, and board level management of the firm and its agents.

As a graduate of UCLA in 1986, he began his professional real estate career with the commercial brokerage firm of Lee & Associates in Orange County. He joined the Grubb & Ellis Los Angeles office in 1987 where he rapidly distinguished himself as a top producer.

In January 1992, Mr. Buckley acquired a controlling interest in a limited serviced hotel company – where he served as President for ten years. His responsibilities included real estate sourcing, acquisition, management, finance, disposition, and franchising throughout North America.

In September, 2007, he joined Apollo Real Estate Advisors as a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office.  He was responsible for sourcing new investments and new business opportunities.

Mr. Buckley is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), a member of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the Los Angeles Board of Realtors and maintains numerous civic affiliations which include:
