Senior Associate

Andrew Berk, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, has been   practicing real estate since 1994. In 2002, Mr. Berk joined Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate as an Associate and focuses on the communities from Pasadena to the East San Fernando Valley.   Mr. Berk specializes in tenant, landlord and seller representation and has developed a broad and devoted client base over his years in the industry.  With his clients, he is not only adamant about maximizing their economic leverage within the transaction, but also maintains a keen focus on reducing their exposure and present/future liability.

A graduate from the University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology, Mr. Berk takes great interest in the well-being of the Tenants and their ideal businesses location. A strong connection to the community and its citizens, with an insistency on giving back, helps keep Mr. Berk well rooted from where he makes a living. He currently serves on the Board of the South Pasadena Educational Foundation and serves as Business Director of the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council and is an active participant with the Jaycees, the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, and Habitat for Humanity.
