Steve has been in the commercial real estate profession since 1980, after graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in economics.  He joined Ramsey-Shilling in 2008.

Steve’s background has included development, finance, acquisitions and asset management before focusing on brokerage in 1995.

Steve has become a specialist in industrial, office, retail and medical leasing and sales in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas.

In addition to his affiliation with A.I.R., Steve is an active member of the Valencia Industrial Association and the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Steve has qualified for several President’s Club awards as well as being recognized by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and Newhall Land as a top producer.

Steve’s background and professionalism have allowed him to represent several major clients; including Arden Realty, Bank of America and Bradmore Realty.  He also has provided Tenant representation for numerous firms and values his relationships with repeat and referral clients.

In his free time, Steve participates in various community activities and enjoys sports and travel.

Steve resides in Valencia with his wife Suzanne and their two daughters.
