Sam Caloroso is Senior Vice President and heads the new North Los Angeles Branch Office for Ramsey-Shilling.  Since joining Ramsey-Shilling in 2007, Mr. Caloroso has successfully built one of California’s largest Farmers Insurance Districts with over 40 agencies starting in 1988 specializing in Commercial Insurance for Business and Commercial Real Estate.

In addition to his development of Insurance Agencies and Commercial Insurance, Mr. Caloroso has developed Office Buildings over the last 20 years and has just completed Valencia Executive Suites, a 31 unit Executive Suite Office Building where the new Ramsey-Shilling North Los Angeles Branch office resides.

Mr. Caloroso is a Certified Real Estate Inspector, licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health Insurance and currently holds a Series 6, 63, and 26 Security Licenses.

Mr. Caloroso is an active member of his local church and enjoys, in his spare time, motor homing, helping to feed the homeless and delivering meals to the elderly.

In addition to the above activities, Mr. Caloroso is an active member of:

• Local Chapter of F.C.C.I. ( a Christian Business Development Organization)

Mr. Caloroso resides in Valencia with his wife Liz and has two grown children and two grandsons.
