Ramsey-Shilling has been negotiating transactions in the Santa Clarita Valley, designated as one of California’s “Ten Most Business Friendly Cities,” for more than twenty years. Based on the 2000 Census, Santa Clarita is the fourth largest city in Los Angeles County and currently has a population of about 250,000. The City of Santa Clarita has an entire department dedicated to the development and redevelopment of the local business community. This entity serves as an information resource center, business recruitment tool, research center, and gauge of the local economic climate.
The City is home to eight existing master planned business sectors which together provide more than 18 million square feet of office space and upon build-out will comprise about 33 million square feet.
